The project at 1850 North Water Street is in the historic Brady Street district. The project involved the renovation and expansion of a 120 year old cream city brick structure on a challenging hillside site. The improvements included the complete modernization of the structure, addition of new mechanicals, kitchen, and bathrooms, and a new rooftop river viewing terrace.
